We were already familiar with their products as we had discovered them art a small local Christmas market. I wrote to them last winter to enquire about their spicy honey to give as a wedding favors for our guests. They were very responsive and friendly. When the harvest came, they kept up to date. They ended up delivered the honey to our house in person, more than a month before our wedding.
