Cancellation policy

Some products, such as our beeswax candle and raw honeycomb, can be ordered as pre-orders when they are out of stock. Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout. The estimated shipping or pickup date is shown on the product page before you buy.

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships or is ready for pickup, for a full refund. To cancel, email info@mielbrut.com with your name and order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

If your pre-order is delayed past the estimated date, we’ll email you with a new date, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together once the pre-order items are ready, unless you ask us to ship the in-stock items first.

Once a pre-order has shipped or been picked up, our refund policy applies.
