Mielbrut Honey Lollipop Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons juice of your choice
- 25 drops food-safe lemon essential oil (optional)
Instructions:

Prep:
Set out your lollipop molds and place the sticks inside. For easy cleanup, place parchment paper under the molds. -
Heat:
In a small saucepan, combine the honey, sugar, and water. Heat over medium heat while using a candy thermometer to monitor the mixture. Stir frequently. When the temperature reaches 300°F (150°C), immediately remove from heat and let it sit for a minute until the bubbles subside. -
Add Essential Oil (optional):
If you’d like to use lemon essential oil for a fresh, zesty flavor, let the honey mixture cool slightly before adding the drops. This will preserve the potency of the oil. -
Pour:
Quickly and carefully pour the hot honey mixture into the molds. Fill each mold and gently rotate the sticks to ensure they’re fully coated. -
Let Set:
Allow the lollipops to cool and harden for 30 to 60 minutes. Once solid, pop them out of the molds and enjoy!
